In 2018, I led the design portion of a comprehensive redesign of the OP&F website, transforming it from an outdated platform into a modern, mobile-friendly, visually cohesive site. Collaborated across all of OP&F’s five departments (Administration, Member Services, Business and Technology Solutions, Finance, and Investment) to understand the needs of all stakeholders. Conducted surveys and user research to assess how members, employers, and vendors interact with the site, then designed solutions to improve usability, navigation, and overall user experience. Established a consistent visual brand identity while ensuring the website was intuitive, engaging, and accessible to all audiences.
