This self-directed marketing project was created as part of a proposal for the Knox County Convention & Visitors Bureau. The goal was to develop a visually compelling guide to encourage residential relocation, talent attraction, and business expansion within Knox County. The project included strategic content planning, copywriting, original photography, publication design, and layout development.
